Which is the best class to begin?

Feel free to choose any of our classes that draw your attention! In all our Athayoga classes we are aware of the importance of alignment and instruct accordingly.

Which benefits can I expect?

Yoga is known for its overall benefits. Those who practice will often increase body awareness, strengthen muscles and increase elasticity and respiratory volume. This results in an improvement of the functioning of all the organs, the immune system and the nervous system. Yoga calms while energizing your system. It improves hormonal balance and immunity. We also give you tools to let go of unproductive thought patterns and step into more beneficial ones. The meditative practices have a huge impact on the brain and can change its activity so that you strengthen your connection to feelings of trust, joy, love and compassion. Consequentially, feelings of anxiety, sadness, anger or hatred will diminish or even disappear.

How do I know if Yoga is for me?

Yoga is actually for everyone! It can be adapted to any person and condition. You are never too young or too old, too slim or too heavy, too healthy or too sick etc.
