About Our Instructor

Isabella Welsch

Hi, I’m a passionate yoga teacher with more than three decades of experience, now dedicated to helping people deepen their yoga practice from the comfort of their own homes. After years of teaching weekly classes, workshops, and teacher training in Vienna, Austria, I realized the true transformation in yoga happens when people develop a consistent home practice.

I originally moved to Spain to open a Yoga Retreat Center on the Mediterranean Coast, and while we experienced great success, the challenges of managing a retreat combined with the impact of the pandemic led me to pivot. I now focus on providing personalized, high-quality online yoga courses that guide you in creating a structured home practice.

My unique approach is centered around carefully designed Athayoga sequences, each one reflecting the natural rhythm of the seasons. I’ve created simple practices of 20-40 minutes, so even with a busy schedule, you can enjoy the transformative benefits of yoga. My goal is to offer meaningful support for anyone looking to deepen their practice, harmonizing the 5 elements within the body for holistic well-being.
