Meet your teacher

I am Isabella Welsch — yoga teacher, psychotherapist, and founder of Athayoga.

For over 30 years, I’ve explored how yoga, psychology and nutrition help us live happier, longer, stronger, and more at peace.

I divide my time between Vienna, Austria and Altafulla, on the mediterranean coast of Spain.

When the pandemic shifted everything, I began guiding students worldwide through online programs.

My teaching is a unique blend of ancient yoga, Ayurvedic wisdom, Western psychology, and longevity science — helping you understand your own system and live in rhythm with life.

I’ve studied with masters like B.K.S. Iyengar and drawn from many yoga traditions to create Athayoga for Longevity — a method that transforms everyday practice into a way of living.

My own path was full of trial and error — but you don’t have to repeat those mistakes.


I’m here to share what truly works: yoga, mindset, and nutrition that support lasting transformation.
