The retreat is centered at Villa Isabel, a quiet Mediterranean villa near the sea, used for small retreats.

Accommodation at Villa Isabel is allocated on a first-come basis. Participants staying externally remain fully integrated into the retreat program.

The practices follow a progressive elemental journey:
Earth → Water → Fire → Air → Space → Integration


11:00–13:00 | Longevity Brunch
Prepared together, mindfully
Mediterranean, anti-inflammatory, protein-aware
Eating, sharing, and cleaning up as part of the practice
Rest, beach time, or personal space
Gentle excursions and daily walking (beach, coast, Altafulla old town)
Walking is not “exercise” here — it is longevity in real life.

A balanced mix of:
Guided group evenings (4x)
Free evenings for beach tavernes, sunset walks, or rest
Guided evenings may include:
Speaking circles
Singing and gentle dancing
Breath, mindset & mindfulness
Mandala creation
Not every evening is programmed — space is intentional.
One day is dedicated to a longer excursion:
Short morning practice
Simple breakfast
~2-hour coastal walk to a virgin beach
Picnic lunch
Return in the late afternoon
Closing ritual in the evening
