This retreat is not about doing more. It is about doing what

truly supports you — consistently, intelligently, and with ease.


For one week, you step out of daily obligations and into a rhythm that supports:

• long-term health

• nervous system balance

• strength, mobility, and vitality

• mental clarity and emotional ease

Set in the Mediterranean village of Altafulla, this retreat combines Longevity Yoga, mindful nourishment, daily walking, and meaningful connection — without pressure, performance, or overload.

Who This Retreat Is For

This retreat is for you if you:

  • are interested in yoga and longevity, or already on a longevity path

  • value depth over intensity

  • want structure without rigidity

  • appreciate intelligent, embodied guidance

  • are comfortable in an international, mostly female group (40+)

  • enjoy movement, nature, good food, and thoughtful conversation

You do not need to be “advanced” — but you should be curious, committed, and willing to slow down.

The Setting: Villa Isabel & Altafulla

The retreat is centered at Villa Isabel, a quiet Mediterranean villa near the sea, used for small retreats.

  • 7 single rooms available at Villa Isabel

  • Additional participants stay at a nearby hotel or Airbnb of their choice

  • Walking distance to the beach

  • Close to Altafulla old town

  • Ideal climate in September

  • Calm, residential atmosphere

Accommodation at Villa Isabel is allocated on a first-come basis.
 Participants staying externally remain fully integrated into the retreat program.

Everything is designed to support rest, rhythm, and presence.

The Daily Rhythm

Morning (Saturday–Thursday)

08:30–10:30 | Longevity Yoga Practice

Longevity Flows (joint-friendly, intelligent sequencing)

Guided breathing

Meditation & contemplation

The practices follow a progressive elemental journey:


Earth → Water → Fire → Air → Space → Integration

Midday

11:00–13:00 | Longevity Brunch

  • Prepared together, mindfully

  • Mediterranean, anti-inflammatory, protein-aware

  • Eating, sharing, and cleaning up as part of the practice

Afternoon

  • Rest, beach time, or personal space

  • Gentle excursions and daily walking (beach, coast, Altafulla old town)

Walking is not “exercise” here — it is longevity in real life.

EVENINGS

A balanced mix of:

  • Guided group evenings (4x)

  • Free evenings for beach tavernes, sunset walks, or rest

Guided evenings may include:

  • Speaking circles

  • Singing and gentle dancing

  • Breath, mindset & mindfulness

  • Mandala creation

Not every evening is programmed — space is intentional.

The Long Coastal Walk (Thursday)

One day is dedicated to a longer excursion:

  • Short morning practice

  • Simple breakfast

  • ~2-hour coastal walk to a virgin beach

  • Picnic lunch

  • Return in the late afternoon

  • Closing ritual in the evening

This day brings everything together — movement, nature, simplicity, integration.

(5 extended morning sessions + 1 shorter practice on excursion day)

What Is Not Included

  • Travel to/from Altafulla

  • Dinners on free evenings (local beach tavernes are nearby)

  • Personal travel insurance

Pricing (Single Room)

Payment Plan

  • Reservation fee: 500 € (due at booking)

  • Remaining balance: due 6–8 weeks before retreat start

    Places are limited to 12 participants.

If you wish to book a double room or stay externally, please ask for details.

Regular Price: 1,700 €

Early-Bird / Returning Student Bonus: 1,500 € (–200 €)

Early-bird deadline: March 31, 2026

All prices are all-inclusive, except travel and free-evening dinners.

Cancellation Policy

  • The reservation fee is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the retreat starts, you will receive a credit note valid for a future retreat.

  • Cancellation up to 6 weeks before retreat: remaining payments refunded

  • Cancellation within 6 weeks: refund only if the spot is filled
