Meet your teacher

Hi! I am Isabella Welsch — yoga teacher, psychotherapist, and founder of Athayoga.

For over 30 years, I’ve explored how yoga, psychology nutrition and longevity science can help us live happier, longer, stronger, and more at peace.

I divide my time between Vienna, Austria and Altafulla, on the mediterranean coast of Spain.

When the pandemic shifted everything, I began guiding students worldwide through online programs.

My teaching is a unique blend of ancient yoga, Ayurvedic wisdom, Western psychology, and longevity science — helping you understand your own system and live in rhythm with life.

I’ve studied with masters like B.K.S. Iyengar and drawn from many yoga traditions to create Athayoga for Longevity — a method that transforms everyday practice into a way of living.

My own path was full of trial and error — but you don’t have to repeat those mistakes.


I’m here to share what truly works: yoga, mindset, and nutrition that support lasting transformation.
