In my early twenties, I discovered the transformative power of yoga, nutrition, meditation, and psychology in taking responsibility for my health and well-being. Guided by renowned Indian yogis and expert Western mentors, I learned powerful techniques to navigate life’s challenges and support all stages of a woman’s journey—including the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and menopause.
