What if I have pain in some parts of the body or when I am super stiff?

You can practice the given sequences, even when you suffer from pain or are super stiff.

I am an advanced practitioner/a yoga teacher. Will I still be able to have some benefit from this sampler?

Absolutely. You will learn yoga in a way you have not learned anywhere else. Yet, what you will learn, is just for your own yoga practice and must not be passed on to your students.
