Free & Live Online

Do you love yoga and sense there is more to it than just attending individual classes? Perhaps you want to deepen your own practice, understand yoga on a structural level, or find out if a yoga teacher training is the right next step for you.

If so, I warmly invite you to this free 3-day workshop. Over three live online sessions, you will gain a profound insight into the foundations of AthaYoga—complete with practice, yoga wisdom, meditation, and guidance for your journey ahead.

What to Expect in the Workshop?

  • Yoga as a Path to Strength, Peace, and Clarity

You will experience guided yoga practices featuring asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation. This is not about performance or perfection; it’s about practicing yoga in a way that truly strengthens you physically, mentally, and emotionally. You will learn how a regular practice can bring more stability, energy, and inner peace into your daily life.

  • The Five Elements as the Key to a Deeper Practice

In AthaYoga, we work with the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. You will get a first look at how these elements connect to your body, energy, emotions, and the seasons—and why yoga becomes much more powerful when you don't always practice the same way, but rather mindfully adapt to the situation.

  • Avoiding Common Mistakes in Yoga Practice

Many people practice for a long time without truly understanding how a meaningful practice is structured. In this workshop, you will discover:

    - Why individual exercises alone are often not enough.

    - How sequences are built.

    - Why alignment matters.

    - How to develop a practice that remains safe, sustainable, and inspiring.

This is particularly valuable if you want to teach others in the future—but just as beneficial if you simply want to dive deeper into your personal practice.

  • Yoga, Mind, and Emotions

Yoga doesn't just affect the body. You will gain insight into how thoughts, emotions, and inner patterns shape our experience—and how yoga, meditation, and conscious self-reflection can help develop greater clarity and inner stability. This section beautifully bridges yoga philosophy, psychological understanding, and practical experience.

  • A First Look into Yogic Nutrition and Lifestyle

Yoga doesn’t end on the mat. You will learn how nutrition, daily rhythms, seasons, and mindful lifestyle choices can support your practice—in a modern, non-dogmatic way, inspired by Ayurveda and complemented by contemporary health knowledge.

  • Plus: A Sneak Peek at the Brand New Teacher Training

At the end of the workshop, I will introduce the new 200-hour AthaYoga Teacher Training 2026/27.

    You will find out:

    • Who the training is designed for

    • How the new hybrid format is structured

    • The role of the in-person weekends in Vienna

    • How online learning and live teaching are combined

    • How to determine if this path is the right fit for you

This is particularly valuable if you want to teach others in the future—but just as beneficial if you simply want to dive deeper into your personal practice.

Meet your teacher: Isabella

Hello, I’m Isabella, and I am delighted to guide you through this workshop.

Yoga found me when I was a teenager—around 17 years old—and fundamentally changed how I perceive my body, my energy, and life itself. What began as a personal quest became a decades-long journey of learning and exploration. I studied under renowned Indian yoga masters, deepened my understanding with numerous Western teachers, and enriched my path through my work as a psychotherapist.

Over the years, this evolved into my own approach: AthaYoga—a synthesis of classical yoga, modern movement science, breathwork, meditation, psychology, and a deep understanding of life's rhythms.

For more than 35 years, I have been teaching yoga and guiding people on their personal journeys—through yoga classes, retreats, and training programs. Time and again, I have seen that while many people practice yoga, they long for more depth, guidance, and a bigger picture.

My passion is to support people in developing a practice that truly fits who they are—a practice that not only strengthens the body but also fosters inner stability, clarity, and connection.

In this free 3-day workshop, I am sharing some of the most vital insights and tools that have already guided hundreds of participants on their paths, whether they wanted to deepen their own practice or eventually teach yoga themselves.

If you feel that yoga could be more to you than just individual exercises or randomly assembled sequences, and you are looking for a holistic, grounded approach that fits into everyday life, then I look forward to spending these three days with you.
